We want you to love your BB buys, so if you don’t feel fabulous you have 28 days to return for a refund.

All items are inspected before shipping and will be again when returned
You may try on knickers but please do so over your own underwear making sure hygiene strips are in place.
All tags and labels MUST be undamaged and attached and in the condition they were sent for return to be accepted.

To return, please use the returns sticker that was shipped with your order and fill out the returns form to put in your parcel ensure a proof of postage receipt is obtained from the post office.

Your refund will be issued ASAP once items have been received and accepted.
